Continuity Exercise

For my AS coursework I had to do a continuity exercise which involves, two people playing the role in front of camera and I had to record them by keeping specific tasks in mind. The first task was to include match on match editing. The scene where person A, had to open the door and I had to keep in mind of not repeating the opening of the door in both scenes. The next task was to follow the 180 degree rule. I had to keep my camera on the same side in both scenes, before opening the door so the audience watching will not get confused because all recording will be done from the same side in every scene. The last task was to include a shot reverse shot, this shot is used for the audience to feel engaged when two people are having a conversation.
