This is the order of the title sequence which I will be using in my film. I have also put down the time in minute and seconds where it will feature in my film. This makes it more easy for me to plan my shots according to my titles therefore I know in which shot to include these titles.

Titanic 

Titanic is about a ship that leaves on April 10th, 1912 with several passengers. And on its classic expedition, a poor artiste called Jack Dawson and a rich girl Rose DeWitt fall in love, until one night, when the ship submerges to the bottom of the North Atlantic. Rose leaves her boyfriend Caledon Hockley for Jack, but when the Titanic strikes with the iceberg the ship sinks. Jack dies and Rose survives and 84 years later Rose tells the story about her life on Titanic to her granddaughter.

The ever most romantic movie I believe is this one as it portrays love in a very fascinating way. Duty to this movie, I decided to chose romantic genre as this genre really gets the audience engaged and makes them feel connected with the characters.

The Note Book

The movie focuses on an old man reading a story to an old woman in a nursing home. The story he reads follows two young lovers named Allie Hamilton and Noah Calhoun, who meet one evening at a carnival. But they are separated by Allie's parents who disapprove of Noah's unwealthy family, and move Allie away. After waiting for Noah to write her for several years, Allie meets and gets engaged to a handsome young soldier named Lon. Allie, then, with her love for Noah still alive, stops by Noah's 200-year-old home that he restored for her, "to see if he's okay". It is evident that they still have feelings for each other, and Allie has to choose between her fiancé and her first love.

I have chosen this movie because it focuses on 'first love' which the female protagonist in my film is in search of therefore I thought this would be a very good movie to use as an example.

When Harry Met Sally 

Harry and Sally meet when she gives him a ride to New York after they both graduate from the university of Chicago. The film jumps through their lives as they both search for love, but fail, bumping into each other time and time again. Finally a close friendship blooms between them, and they both like having a friend of the opposite sex. But then they are confronted with the problem: "Can a man and a woman be friends, without love getting in the way?"

This is a romantic comedy. My characters have been inspired from this movie's characters - both out from university and working. I have shown my female protagonist in search of love just like the characters in this movie.

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge 

Raj is a carefree, happy-go-lucky second generation NRI. Simran is the daughter of Chaudhry Baldev Singh, who inspire of being an NRI is strict about adherence to Indian values. They two meet on a month long euro-trip, and what began in pranks, fun and games, ends in love. But by the time they realise it, it is already too late, as Simran has left for India to be married to her childhood fiancé. Raj leaves for India with a mission at his hands, to claim his lade love under the noses of her whole family. Thus begins the saga.

This is a Bollywood Hindi movie which is very similar to my story. It's got romantic genre and I have been inspired to have romantic genre because of this movie.

Reflection On Research

1. Number of titles:

3. Roles that appear in all 3:

4. Different roles:

•  Director of photography is the one who focuses on the lighting when filming and taking different shots. 
• Producer is the one who puts in money. If a film has only one producer then it is a     low budget film but if a film has more than one producer than it is a high budget film which means that more money has been put into it.
• Director of a film is the one who directs the making of a film.

5. The way the credits are interlinked:

• Hunger games - catching fire = First 3 titles come right in the centre and they are in white because the background is black therefore the audience can see the titles properly. We then see the lead actors names and after that the movie name appears with its Hinger Games picture at the background. The rest of the titles are also in white and they are on the opposite side of the images put on the screen so the audience can see and also because, the images are linked with the storyline of the movie e.g. and arrow, a heart and fire. 
• Spiderman = The titles are in white as it has a very dark background of many spiderwebs. the title appears right in the centre and in bold font to give it more impotence. The casting names appear with their pictures tangled in a spiderweb so it the audience can see who the actors are and also the background matches with the movie name. The rest of the titles appear with the main actors and their scenes at the background so the audience does not feel bored with just the titles and the scenes at the background makes the audience feel engaged.
• Skyfall = Again the titles are in white because the background is dark and later on it a changes to many other colours but white stands out and the audiences can see the tittles clearly. The movie name is in different font and its bigger than other titles which gives it more impotence. At the background we can see glances of what the story is about e.g. main actor falling in a pit, graveyard, guns and blood. This tells us that its an action movie. 

Narrative Structure Of My Film

• Genre - Romantic 
• Title - True Love
• Equilibrium - A bubbly girl named Monica, who is a working in a newspaper industry. Her life is going fine, she has everything, good friends, loving family and a nice job. The only thing she is lacking is a life partner and she is expecting to find him soon. 
• Disequilibrium - She falls in love with this man named Jack who is a manager at a restaurant, but he shows no interest in her. She tries to make him fall in love with her by making friendship with him but still he shows no real interest in her. For him, she's only a friend and nothing more than that. 
• Equilibrium - She is now going away to France regarding her work. Then he realises her presence and starts missing her when she is gone. He then waits for her and confesses his love to her. At the ends, they get together.  
• Setting - On highstreet in Barnet. Charity shop - Oxfam.
